The MCU's plans for Spider-Man 5 mark a major milestone for the franchise in terms of a movie first, painting a promising picture of what's to come for the Marvel movie empire. As the MCU timeline approaches entering into its second decade - with Iron Man having debuted in 2008 - the way the franchise intends to continue on in terms of the big picture seems all the more important.
