First teased in 2018's God of Warbefore becoming a key figure in its sequel, God of War: Ragnarök, the Santa Monica franchise put a unique spin on the God of Thunder, Thor. With many of us used to seeing the mythological figure taking on the form of Chris Hemsworth, it was Ragnarök's interpretation that was a lot closer to the original descriptions of the formidable figure. Thanks to this, and his performance by Ryan Hurst, Thor has become one of the most iconic characters in gaming history.
