Westerns are more alive than ever on television in 2026, and not just because of the premieres of Marshals and Dutton Ranch to expand the Yellowstone universe. Ransom Canyon returned to Netflix for season 2, with Josh Duhamel and Minka Kelly reprising their lead roles. Despite the two stars coming back, however, Ransom Canyon went through some significant cast changes for the second season, effectively ending some of the storylines that were key to season 1.
