The Game of Thrones spinoff, Aegon's Conquest, receives an encouraging script update from writer Mattson Tomlin. Though the original fantasy series ended in 2019, HBO is moving full steam ahead with multiple Game of Thrones spinoffs, including House of the Dragon, with season 3 airing in summer 2026, and A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, which is currently airing its first season.
