After bringing the franchise back to the big screen for the first time in 15 years, Tron: Aresis about to arrive on Disney+, and ScreenRant can exclusively reveal its release date. The Joachim Rønning-helmed film serves as a standalone installment in the cult classic sci-fi franchise, revolving around the titular digital construct, played by Jared Leto, as he begins working with the current CEO of ENCOM, Greta Lee's Eve Kim, to stop Evan Peters' Julian Dillinger from acquiring a code that would give digital soldiers permanence in the world.
