Apple TV has steadily grown into a serious contender in the streaming landscape, but even with its newest hit, the platform is continuing a difficult pattern that viewers aren't enjoying in streaming content. Arriving later than many of its competitors, Apple TV has been able to find a niche that other platforms haven't. While Netflix, Prime Video, and Hulu flooded the market early, Apple TV took its time.
