Having worked on Supernatural together for well over a decade, Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki's relationship has had plenty of ups and downs, but they eventually formed a well-documented friendship. The two were so close that Ackles was a groomman at Padalecki's wedding and vice versa, highlighting how close they are.
