The upcoming Harry Potter remake has officially corrected Fantastic Beasts' overly comedic portrayal of a particular character. Warner Bros.' Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them movie series had a significantly different feel than the original Harry Potter movies, since it was aimed at adult audiences. Unfortunately, the spinoff franchise didn't perform very well as a result.
