In Pokémon Legends: Z-A, some Mega Evolutions are easier to obtain than others. Mega Scizor is more difficult than a lot of others in the Pokédex simply because of the work involved. You also have to make it fairly far into the game before it's even possible to get a Mega Scizor, which may only add to the confusion surrounding how to evolve Scyther into Scizor and obtain Scizorite.
