45 years after The Empire Strikes Back, George Lucas' best Star Warsmovie continues to inspire the franchise's newest projects, including its new trilogy. It was revealed not long ago that Simon Kinberg, whose work in Star Wars thus far includes the fan-favorite Star Wars Rebels animated TV show, will be helming his very own trilogy.
