Dragon Ballis in a bit of an odd spot at the moment. Following the passing of series creator Akira Toriyama, Dragon Ball appears to be in a holding pattern while rights issues are worked out behind the scenes. More than that, though, the future of Dragon Ball is an existential question. Most agree the franchise should continue, but how is anyone's guess.
